Terms of Service
Bookings
After you have submitted an enquiry, we will respond with availability, price and booking details.
All orders require a 50% deposit to book in, with the remaining paid on pick up. Please note: you are not booked in until this is paid and if there is a delay with paying the deposit your spot may be taken by someone else.
Usually, orders close for custom cakes on Tuesday night as baking is done on Wednesday. Sometimes if it’s a quiet week I can fit in a cake later in the week but please note, toppers and other decorations need to be ordered at least 7-10 days in advance.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order prior to 72 hours before arranged pick up time, a full refund of your deposit will be given, minus any pre-ordered/made decorations (eg. custom made toppers, fondant figures, flowers ordered that cannot be cancelled etc - you can keep these decorations)
If cancelling within 72 hours before arranged pick up time, no refund will be given as work will have gone into your order.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your order prior to 72 hours before arranged pick up time, let me know and this can be done - unless the date is already fully booked.
Rescheduling within 72 hours before arranged pick up time, unfortunately cannot be done as I will have already begun working on your cake.
Pick-ups
Please be on time for arranged pick up (during weekends this is 9-10am) Once a time is arranged I plan my day around this and usually cannot wait around.
If your order is not picked up within 24 hours of the arranged time, the cake will be resold and your deposit lost unless you’ve paid the full amount.
Order Changes
Unfortunately I can’t offer to make changes to the cake once it’s finished if you’ve changed your mind on something. Please make sure to be as specific as possible in the order process. In the event that I do have time to change it, this will be at an extra cost.
